Shipping & delivery
We deliver across Sri Lanka. Orders over LKR 10,000 ship free; otherwise a flat LKR 450 applies. Cash on delivery carries an LKR 150 fee.
Returns & refunds
Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected.
Privacy policy
We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to respond to enquiries. We never sell your information.
Payment methods
We accept card payments (simulated in this demo), cash on delivery, WhatsApp-confirmed orders and bank transfer. Bank transfers are verified manually within one working day.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
